"A thing that is common for people with lupus is people will say, 'Oh, but you look fine', and I think that's the worst thing to say to somebody with lupus because there could be a lot of other things going on internally that are causing them pain, that you can't see. "I needed about 12 bags of donated plasma every week for close to two years, so that is a lot of donations and that is just for one person. "At the time Chloe was diagnosed she had been putting her all into a Diploma of Dance and Performance at the National College of Dance in Newcastle in pursuit of becoming a professional dancer.
